Bunny Lines and Compensatory Movement
Nasalis lines often appear or worsen after glabellar treatment — anticipate them at consultation.

Why they appear
When the corrugators are weakened, some patients recruit nasalis more strongly, producing diagonal creases across the nasal dorsum.
Treatment
One to two units per side into the nasalis, kept high and medial, away from levator labii superioris alaeque nasi to avoid lip asymmetry.
Consent
Mention the possibility of bunny lines at the first consultation so a review top-up feels planned rather than corrective.
